Sit in easy pose. Cross Legged with spine straight.

 

Arms are bent at the elbow hands are facing forward

just above the shoulders. See hand position below.

 

Hands lean forward at 30 degrees,

Vibrate at the third eye, concentrate and repeat mentally

 

Sa Ta Na Ma for 11 minutes.
