Directions
Sit in easy cross-legged posture or the lotus seat. Use a chair if you can't do the other two. Keep your elbows close to your sides. Keep you arms close to the body. Keep your fingers together and pulled down and out. Close your eyes nine-tenths of the way - drunken eyes and look at the nose.
Take full breaths between each repetition of the mantra (if possible). Note: If a woman asks for anything worthy at the full moon and uses this meditation for 31 minutes this mantra frequently has amazing results
