GUIDANCE TO INNER TRUTH MEDITATION

MEDITATION FOR GUIDANCE TO FIND YOUR INNER TRUTH AND REMOVE DOUBTS AND FRUSTRATION

The guidance meditation helps you recognize your inner truth. It helps eliminate feelings of anger, doubts and frustration.

It aids in asking questions of your higher consciousness. Frustration leads to anger and anger leads to self-destructive thoughts and or destruction feelings and often behavior. You give yourself to your highest consciousness , inner Guru or your Guru. In addition the other aspects of the meditation the guidance meditation is also good for diseases of the blood.

Getting into Position: Sit with a straight spine in easy pose, lotus pose, half lotus or comfortable seated on a chair with a straight back.

Look into your palms with eyes that are almost closed - drunken eyes. Leave a hole between the sides of the hand touching at the palm and tips of the fingers. Bow your head forward looking into the palms.

 

The Meditation Part 1: This should be a powerful breath and 10 part paced inhale and exhale on the mental chant.

Inhale in 10 sections or parts. MENTALLY chant "Waho" on each sip of breath.

Exhale in 10 parts and MENTALLY chant "GURU" on each part of the 10 part exhale. Exhale in 10 parts.

Continue to chant mentally for 11 minutes.

 

The Meditation Part 2: Stay in position and chant the following mantra for 5 to 11 minutes OUTLOUD

Waho is chanted 8 times out loud and then Guru is chanted 8 times out loud and then repeated from a minimum of 5 minutes to 11 minutes. Chant in a MONOTONE

CHANT: "Waho Waho Waho Waho Waho Waho Waho Waho - Guru Guru Guru Guru Guru Guru Guru Guru"

This meditation starts at 16 to 22 minutes and can be built up from 31 minutes to 2 1/2 hours. Do it slowly. Start time is no more than 22 minutes.

Tatva (the yoga of mudra) meditations are best starting at 40 days and even better if chanted the same time of day.
