The Meditation Part 1: This should be a powerful breath and 10 part paced inhale and exhale on the mental chant.
Inhale in 10 sections or parts. MENTALLY chant "Waho" on each sip of breath.
Exhale in 10 parts and MENTALLY chant "GURU" on each part of the 10 part exhale. Exhale in 10 parts.
Continue to chant mentally for 11 minutes.
The Meditation Part 2: Stay in position and chant the following mantra for 5 to 11 minutes OUTLOUD
Waho is chanted 8 times out loud and then Guru is chanted 8 times out loud and then repeated from a minimum of 5 minutes to 11 minutes. Chant in a MONOTONE
CHANT: "Waho Waho Waho Waho Waho Waho Waho Waho - Guru Guru Guru Guru Guru Guru Guru Guru"
This meditation starts at 16 to 22 minutes and can be built up from 31 minutes to 2 1/2 hours. Do it slowly. Start time is no more than 22 minutes. |
