Start with hands in in Kapitthaka Mudra |
Fearless Mudra |
Then begin moving the fingers as shown Breath through the nose and move the fingers for11 minutes Open and close the Saturn(emotion - middle) fingerand Jupiter (wisdom - index) finger for eleven minutes at your pace as pictured.
Make an O with your mouth and breath through the mouth as you continue the mudra movement for-- 2 1/2 additional minutes.(Fearless Mudra turns the direction and removes doubt or fear) |
Finish: Take 3
cannon breaths by letting the suspended breath out through the circle opened mouth with the force of a cannon fire - then inhale for a total of 3.Relax
