
EARTHQUAKE MEDITATION
A MEDITATION TO RESET THE ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELD
AFTER AN EARTHQUAKE TSUNAMI OR OTHER SEISMIC EVENT.

The eyes are focused on the tip of the nose
Hold the RIGHT arm in front of you and parallel to the ground. Make a fist like a conch shell - see figure 3 Hold the LEFT hand cupped over the ear. Gently strike the left hand to the head in time with the beat of the mantra Sa Ta Na Ma. |

Getting in Position: 1. Cup your LEFT HAND over your LEFT ear. Keep your left arm up for you so that the upper arm is parallel to the ground. |

Getting in Position: 2. Stretch the RIGHT ARM OUT to the side parallel to the ground. Bend the elbow so that your RIGHT fist is at your ear with the hand like the conch shell. The conch shell represents the great power of creation. Point it forward like a conch shell. The thumb is closed around the fingers |

Do the meditation for 11 to 31 minutesContinue to do this meditation for 11 to 31 minutes a day until you feel centered.
The number of days required relates to your magnetic field in relation to the earth.
Mother earth releases stress in the form of an earthquake. We as humanity take on the stress.
We take on the stress because we have the technology to release stress within ourselves.
