This meditation removes Childhood Traumas, Old Wounds, Fear and Anger.
A meditation on Muladhara Chakra - the root chakra. It works on your first chakra. It's practice will help you stay in the moment.
It should be done three to eleven minutes .
The spine should be straight on a chair or in easy pose, half lotus or lotus pose.
Stretch the arms out straight parallel to the floor, elbows locked. Recommended-Tune in with Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo by chanting it 3 times. |
